How to Delete Your Account
To request the deletion of your account, follow these steps inside the Loci app:

- Open the Loci app
- Tap More in the bottom-right corner
- Select Profile Details
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog box that appears
Once confirmed, your deletion request begins immediately.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you request deletion:

- Your name is fully removed from our system
- Your date of birth is removed from our system
- We use Stytch as our identity provider (IdP);
- Your Stytch account is fully deleted and no data remains
- Your email address is anonymised using a one-way hashing algorithm, ensuring it cannot be used to identify you
All personally identifiable information associated with your account is eliminated.
What Data Is Retained
Some data is retained for product analytics, but cannot be associated with you in any identifiable way, e.g.

This information is preserved only in an anonymised form, both internally and externally. It cannot be traced back to you.
