New to Loci? Follow this simple guide to install the app, register your account, and start exploring your local community.
Downloading the Loci App
To get started, download the Loci app from your usual app store:
You can also search "Loci App" directly in your app store.
Set up your account and profile
When you open the Loci app for the first time, you’ll land on the welcome screen. Tap Continue to begin.
Sign up with your email address so we can create your account. If you’re already a Loci user, choose Log in instead.
We respect your privacy — you can review our Privacy Policy at any time. When you’re ready, tap Agree & continue.
Add your basic details and tap Create your account.
You will now receive an email to complete your sign-in. Tap Open mail app to access your inbox quickly.
If you don’t see the email, tap Resend link.
(If the email has not arrived, it is worth checking your spam or junk folder in case it was filtered by mistake. You can also mark Loci emails as safe to ensure future messages reach your inbox without issue.)
After signing in, enter your postcode and tap Join your community. We’ll automatically load your community.
