You can use the Loci app to quickly get to your council’s online account. Loci doesn’t replace your council account. It helps you find it and get there faster.
What you’ll need
Before you start, make sure you have:
The Loci app installed and signed in
Your council account login details
Access to your email inbox, in case you need to reset your password
Step by step: accessing your council account
Open the Loci app.
If you are not on the Council services page, go to the Council services page.
Look for a link such as Council account, My council account or My council tax account.
Tap the link. You’ll be taken to available option(s) for your council.
Sign in using your usual council account email and password. Below example for Royal Borough of Kingston council.
You’ll now be able to view and manage your council services as normal.
If you don’t have a council account yet
If you haven’t set one up:
Follow the steps above to reach your council’s website.
On the sign-in page, select Register or Create an account.
Follow the instructions and confirm your email address.
Once your account is set up, you can return to Loci anytime to access it again.
If you’ve forgotten your password
Password resets are managed by your council.
Open your council account sign-in page through Loci.
Select Forgotten password.
Follow the email instructions to reset it.
If you don’t see the email, check your junk folder.
Important to know
Loci does not store your council login details.
Any changes you make are handled directly by your council.
If your council’s website is down, you may need to try again later.
