Loci brings together council-served information and data in one place. We can help with app bugs, feature ideas, usability issues, and some content concerns. We do not manage council services directly, so service requests or complaints about council delivery will usually need to go to your local authority.
Please note that this feedback process is not a live support ticket service. We welcome all feedback and review it carefully. We will act on it in the most appropriate way, but we may or may not reply directly.

Choose Suggestion if you have an idea for how Loci could work better.

We welcome feedback like this. It helps us improve the app in ways that are useful to residents, councils, and local businesses.
What we’ll do next
We will review your suggestion and share it with the right team. Suggestions help shape future planning and improvements, even where we cannot make changes straight away. We may not always respond directly, but every suggestion is considered.
Bug
Choose Bug if something in the app is not working as it should.
Examples include:
The app crashes or freezes
A page does not load
Notifications are not working as expected
A button or link does nothing
The wrong screen opens
When you report a bug, include:

What you expected to happen
What device you are using

We will review the issue and investigate it. If needed, we may use your feedback to help identify the cause, prioritise a fix, or monitor whether the issue is affecting others too. We may contact you if we need more information, but we may not always reply directly.
Content issue
Choose Content issue if something shown in the app looks wrong, missing, outdated, or unclear.
Examples include:
The wrong text is showing
Information is out of date
A link is broken
A listing is missing or incorrect
Some content in Loci is managed by Loci. Some is provided directly by your council or another local partner. This means responsibility can vary depending on the area and the type of content.
What we’ll do next
We will review the issue and check who manages that content. If it is managed by Loci, we will look at what needs to be corrected. If it comes from your council or another local partner, we may need to refer it back to them. We may or may not contact you directly with an update.

What Loci can and cannot help with
Loci is a local community app that connects residents, councils, and businesses in one place.
We help people access council-served information and data more easily through the app. But Loci does not run council services directly.
That means:
Loci can help with app issues, user feedback, and some content checks
Loci cannot change council services, resolve missed collections, or update council-owned records directly
For service issues, you may need to contact your council through their own website or service team.

Tap More in the bottom right corner
Tap Loci App Support
Tap Feedback on the right of the screen
You can then choose the type of feedback you want to send and provide the relevant details.
