How do I join Loci?
Download Loci from the App Store or Google Play. Direct download links and further information available here.
Create an account.
Enter your postcode so the app knows which council area you live in (this helps with council services like bin collections).

Tip: If Loci isn’t live in your area yet, you can still sign up and we’ll let you know when it is.
Which areas does Loci cover?
Loci is live right now in selected partnered areas, with further areas planned to go live soon.

What if Loci isn’t live in my area yet?
You can still download the app and sign up.
We’ll:
let you know when Loci goes live where you live
share updates as new areas launch
What area will I see when I sign up?
You’ll see the area you select during sign up. If you add an address, Loci uses that to show the most relevant local info and council services to you.

Is Loci free to use for residents?
Yes. Loci is free for residents to download and use.
How to delete your account
- Open the Loci app
- Tap More in the bottom-right corner
- Select Profile Details
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog box that appears
